Return, Refund & Excahange Policy

  1. All products sold through DEMETERSCHOICE.CO have 3days policy from the date of invoice.
  2. Returned product(s) must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION and UNUSED.
  3. As there are items like butters, cake boards & boxes, baking cases such a paper cups, items such as repacking in bottles and plastic container e.g.  coloring, essences and cake decoration like confetti, sugar sprinkle, plastic products such as containers, bags, packing materials and FLOUR are NOT RETURNABLE.
  4. THE BUYER must inform us at DEMETERSCHOICE.CO within 3 DAYS as of INVOICE date of the product(s) being returned.
  5. DEMETERSCHOICE.CO will then confirm with the buyer of returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product(s) back to DEMETERSCHOICE.CO
  6. The BUYER will take full responsibility for the product(s) during the return shipment back to DEMETERSCHOICE.CO
  7. The item(s) shall be shipped back within 5-7 business days from the date of telephone or written letter
  8. The Buyer shall be liable to pay transport charge if found is the BUYER mistake i.e. through telephone conversation
  9. If found the mistake is on DEMETERSCHOICE, then DEMETERSCHOICE.CO choice shall take full responsibility to pay the transport charges

 

Refund & Exchange

  1. All products sold through DEMETERSCHOICE.CO have a 3days return policy from the date of invoice
  2. if product(s) has been delivered to you that is due to packing - lousy packing or direct result from us of an error from our side defective or wrong product(s) - due to miscommunications
  3. Returned products must be in original condition and unused
  4. DEMETERSCHOICE.CO will confirm with the BUYER of returning arrangement
  5. The buyer will take full responsibility for the product during the return shipment back to us. The item(s) shall be shipped back within 5-7 business days from the date of telephone conversation or written letter otherwise will take back personally
